Guinness World Record Holder, Sir Brian Sterling is Chairman/CEO of the MajorVision International group and he is the founder of his unique ‘Mental Martial Arts’, Strategic Planning, Business and Executive Life Training organisation which shares for the first time-ever, the business and life secrets of the great Shaolin masters.

Brian delivers seminars and personal coaching globally based on his Mental Martial Arts system and as guest personality speaker on TV, radio and at corproate events, sharing many of his numerous and often extraordinary experiences gained while on his adventures above and below water across the globe. He also coaches and advises strategically at government level too.

Brian is a dedicated philanthropist who has worked to help others via Record Breakers, the non-profit organisation of which he is president. Record Breakers specialises in producing new world records and associated events that raise money for charity and worthy causes, such events have even been used by some of his Mental Martial Arts seminar clients as team-building events with the added bonus of helping charity in the process. Brian is also dedicating a % of profits, after tax, to charity via ‘Record Beakers’ from his Mental Martial Arts books, seminars and other products and appearances.

The cornerstone of Brian’s life however is the study of the martial arts, their principles and philosophies. He is an internationally accredited instructor and coach, holding three black belts and is a dedicated to strength athlete and was coach to the 4-time World’s Strongest Man, Jon Pall Sigmarsson.

Brian is multi-skilled in several disciplines; therefore no matter what is written about him here, each individual who works with him will take away something different with other credits that include honours degrees and masters’ academic qualifications in Media and Film Production, Sport and Drama.

Working in the entertainment industry as a stuntman, and actor, Brian then moved into directing, cinematography and producing, as well as TV presenting, working on BBC, CNN and ITN front line news for many years, winning several awards in the process.

Capitalising on the skills he first learned as a stuntman, Brian earned two world records performing fire stunts in 1986-87. In 1988-89 he achieved 2 more world records in speed block breaking (martial arts) and then later on in 2005 he captured a Guinness World Record in plate spinning making a personal total of 5 World Records!

Leading by example, Brian works very closely with this passionate and dedicated team supporting charities and worthy causes. His charitable works through the years were the main reason that he was awarded a Knighthood as a Knight Templar. The Knights Templar are a lesser known order than that of the more commonly known orders of the Garter or the Bath. However the hit movie The Da Vinci Code changed that. The Knights Templar are indeed a noble and ancient military/religious order dating back to the 12th century. Most notable for serving and helping others in need through their charitable and selfless endeavours. Much of his charitable work has included assisting international service veterans who have given their all for our freedom. Consequently Brian is proud to have made many friends in the Royal Marines, the Welsh Guards, the Scots Guards, the Parachute Regiment as well as the Special Services.
